Julie Zwar joined Hodgkison in 1998 and has extensive experience in Project Documentation using both 2D and 3D/BIM programmes and CAD system management. She skillfully coordinates projects with Consultants and is also involved in Construction Administration. Julie has valuable Revit and AutoCad experience in a wide range of healthcare projects.

Bank SA Retail, SA
Julie has been involved in BankSA projects since 2002. Scope of works varied from minor teller desk upgrades to full branch design and documentation. Most recently Julie has been involved in the BankSA Fresh Start updates to more than 50 Branches. She undertook the documentation of the BankSA Head Office refurbishment in Adelaide and has been involved in various commercial office fitouts as well as the new Training Facility at Pirie Street.
Royal Darwin Hospital, NT
This project included the documentation of several building upgrades at RDH including Consulting areas, Eye Clinics, Nurses stations, Pre-Admissions, Phlebotomy, Work areas and an extension for the New Main Entry. Julie was the lead documenter for the project, coordinating and managing consultants and the Revit model. She also managed the process of coordinating room and area requirements with the Australasian Health Facility Guidelines and Room Data Sheets and custom client requirements.
Barunga Village, Port Broughton SA
Julie was both the Documentation Leader and Construction Administrator for a new 2 storey, 32 bed nursing home at Port Broughton. Several major design changes were proposed during the documentation phase and Julie managed the changed documentation and met the modified documentation schedule. She has maintained a good working relationship throughout the project and will continue working with Barunga Village for the next stage of building upgrades.
